Berry & yoghurt smoothie

Super-tasty and filling, fresh fruit smoothies are a great start to the day. Feel free to tweak the fruit you use according to what you have stashed away in the freezer.

Serves 2
Total time: 5 minutes

 

1 banana
150g frozen mixed berries
250ml milk
150g natural yoghurt
runny honey, to taste

 

  1. Peel the banana, then place in a blender with the berries.
  2. Pour in the milk and dollop in the yoghurt, then blitz until smooth.
  3. Taste, and add a little honey, if needed, then give it another quick blitz, before pouring into glasses.
  4. Top with a few extra berries, if you like.
